1) Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Gray Dragon Airsoft website (the “Site”) or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) and all applicable policies referenced here, including our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and other posted guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2) Eligibility & Age

  • You must be at least 18 years old to purchase airsoft guns, airguns, paintball markers, and related equipment.
  • You are responsible for ensuring all products are legal to purchase, possess, and use in your jurisdiction.
  • We may cancel or refuse any order if we suspect inaccuracy, fraud, or non-compliance with applicable laws.

3) Orders, Acceptance & Verification

  • Submission of an order is an offer to buy; we accept only when we ship your order and send confirmation.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, reject orders, or require additional verification (e.g., ID, proof of age).
  • Orders are processed in the order received. Stock is not reserved until checkout is completed and authorized.

4) Pricing, Taxes & Payment

  • Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical pricing errors.
  • Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout based on shipping destination.
  • We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting payment, you represent you are authorized to use the method.

5) Shipping, Risk of Loss & Regulated Items

  • Title and risk of loss pass to you upon carrier pickup from our facility in Van Nuys, CA.
  • Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, and verification may affect timelines.
  • Regulated/hazardous items (e.g., CO₂, green gas, Li-ion batteries, HPA tanks) ship Ground only and may be limited by destination.
  • International shipments are subject to duties, taxes, and import restrictions. See our International Shipping Policy.

6) Returns, Refunds & RMAs

Returns are handled per our Return & Refund Policy. Many returns require a valid RMA number. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories to be eligible. Certain items are final-sale or non-returnable.

7) Warranties & Disclaimers

  • Except as expressly stated, products are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • Manufacturer warranties, if any, apply per the manufacturer’s terms and processes.
  • We do not warranty damage caused by misuse, improper ammo, unauthorized modification, or neglect.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gray Dragon Airsoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) at issue.

9) Prohibited Uses

  • Using any replica in an unlawful manner or to threaten, harass, or intimidate others.
  • Removing or altering blaze orange tips required by U.S. regulations (e.g., 15 CFR 272).
  • Attempting to defeat age or identity verification or to purchase restricted items unlawfully.

10) Promotions, Coupons & Price Errors

  • Unless stated otherwise, only one promotion or coupon may be applied per order. Promotions cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Promotions may exclude MAP-restricted brands, hazardous items, clearance, and limited releases.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order affected by typographical or system pricing errors.

11) Reviews, User Content & License

By submitting reviews, photos, or other content to the Site, you grant Gray Dragon Airsoft a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, and display such content in any media, subject to our Privacy Policy. You represent you own or control all rights to the content you post.

12) Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Gray Dragon Airsoft or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not use our trademarks, trade dress, or content without prior written permission.

13) Third-Party Links & Services

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Access them at your own risk.

14) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
  • Venue for any permitted court action lies in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
  • Before filing a claim, the parties agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting the other party in writing.

15) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Changes take effect upon posting. Your continued use of the Site signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.
