Official Rules

• Sponsor: Gray Dragon Airsoft, Van Nuys, CA, USA (the “Sponsor”).
• Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older (or age of majority in their jurisdiction) at time of entry. Employees, officers, and agents of Sponsor and its affiliates, and immediate family/household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
• Promotion Period: Begins at 12:00:01 AM Pacific Time (PT) on TBD and ends at 11:59:59 PM PT on TBD.
• How to Enter:
  • Online: Complete the form at /pages/sweepstakes-entry during the Promotion Period.
  • AMOE (No Purchase): Hand-print your full name, mailing address, phone, and email on a 3"×5" card and mail in a #10 envelope to: “GDA Sweepstakes AMOE”, Van Nuys, CA 91406. Must be postmarked by the End Date and received within 7 days thereafter. Each mail-in counts as one entry.
• Entry Limits: Unless otherwise stated, limit one (1) entry per person (household/account/device). Automated, bulk, or third-party entries are prohibited.
• Prize & ARV: One (1) Gray Dragon Airsoft Gear Bundle. Exact contents and ARV will be announced closer to the drawing date. No cash substitution except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prize is non-transferable; Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
• Winner Selection: On or about TBD, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries.
• Winner Notification: Potential winner will be notified via email and/or phone and must respond within 3 business days. Failure to respond, failure to sign required documents, or return of notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate.
• Taxes & Reporting: Winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs not expressly stated herein.
• Publicity: Where lawful, acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, and city/state for advertising/trade without further compensation.
• Release: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims or liability arising from participation or receipt/use of any prize.
• General: Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or acts in violation of these Rules, and to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion.
• Disputes: Governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws. Any action shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
• Privacy: Information collected is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
• Winners List: For the winner’s name (available 30 days after the drawing), send a self-addressed stamped envelope to “Winners List — GDA Sweepstakes”, Van Nuys, CA 91406 within 60 days of the drawing date.
