📦 Processing & Shipping by Supplier

🚚 Shipping Methods & Estimated Transit

  • Economy: 5–9 business days
  • Standard: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight: 1 business day (where available)

Transit time begins after carrier pickup. Estimates exclude processing and weekends.

🔋 Ground-Only / Regulated Items

The following ship Ground only and cannot go to PO Boxes, AK/HI, or international:

  • CO₂ cartridges and tanks
  • Green/propane gas
  • LiPo / Li-ion batteries
  • Pressurized HPA tanks

These items may ship separately and may require adult signature.

📍 Address Changes, PO Boxes & APO/FPO

  • Contact us immediately for address changes; reroutes may incur carrier fees.
  • PO Boxes: only eligible for USPS-shippable items (no hazmat/ground-only).
  • APO/FPO: restricted for hazardous items; contact us to confirm eligibility.

🛡️ Loss, Theft & Damage

  • When a shipment is marked Delivered, risk of loss may transfer to the delivery address.
  • Check the area and neighbors; if missing, start a carrier trace/claim and share the case number with us.
  • For damage, report within 48 hours and keep all packaging/photos for the claim.

Tip: Add Route Shipping Protection at checkout for faster claim resolution.

💸 Rates & Promotions

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on item weight/dimensions, destination, and supplier ship-from.
  • Free-shipping promos apply to qualifying items only and may exclude hazardous/oversize shipments.

⚠️ Shipping Disclaimer

Some products qualify as oversize, heavy, or hazardous under carrier rules. The notes below explain when extra limitations or fees may apply.

Oversize & Heavy Items

  • Examples: sniper rifles, light machine guns, miniguns, large air rifles, certain bundled kits.
  • These items may incur additional fees for Express service due to dimensional weight and carrier surcharges.
  • Standard (Ground) service is usually unaffected and will ship at the flat rate listed at checkout.

Hazardous Materials (Ground-Only)

  • Examples: CO₂ cartridges, green gas, HPA tanks, and some batteries.
  • Must ship Ground only (no Express options available).
  • Cannot ship to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally.
  • May ship separately from the rest of your order.

Carrier Delays

  • Delivery times are estimates. Weather, peak volume, or operational issues at UPS/FedEx/USPS/DHL can cause delays.
  • Tracking updates come directly from the carrier once the package is in transit.

Additional Fees & Approval

  • If an order is flagged by the carrier as oversize/heavy/hazmat and requires extra postage, we will email you for approval before shipping.
  • If you prefer not to proceed, we can adjust the order or cancel and refund per our policy.

Tracking information will be sent directly from the carrier to the email address you provided. These tracking emails are separate from the order status updates you receive from us.
