🔞 Age Requirement
I, the Purchaser, declare that I am at least 18 years of age or older. I certify that I am legally allowed to purchase airsoft guns, paintball markers, airguns, tactical gear, and related accessories in my state or local jurisdiction. Adult supervision is required for any minor using these products.
📜 Compliance with Local, State & Federal Laws
I affirm that I have reviewed and understand all applicable laws and field rules before purchasing or using any product from this website. 🟠 Airsoft — Orange Tip & Look-Alike Appearance
I acknowledge that airsoft replicas are sold with a federally required blaze-orange tip (minimum 1/4 inch) to distinguish them from real firearms. Removing, altering, or obscuring the orange tip may violate federal regulations and void warranties. Misuse of any look-alike device may carry penalties similar to real-firearm misuse.
🎯 Paintball — Safety, Masks & Field Use
Paintball markers must be used with ANSI-rated full-face protection (goggles with face/ear coverage). Barrel covers/plugs and chronograph limits set by fields must be followed at all times. Use only manufacturer-recommended paint and propellants. Never aim at unprotected persons, animals, or property.
💨 Airguns — Additional Restrictions
Some airguns (e.g., pellet/BB) are subject to additional shipping, age, or local restrictions. I am responsible for confirming legality in my area, receiving shipments where allowed, and using appropriate backstops and eye protection. Airguns are not toys and can cause serious injury or death if misused.
⚠️ General Product Safety & Protective Equipment
Airsoft guns, paintball markers, and airguns are not toys. I agree to follow all safety instructions, use proper protective equipment at all times (eye/face protection, gloves, etc.), and store products securely away from children. I will use manufacturer-approved propellants (CO₂/green gas/HPA) and components only.
🛠️ Modifications, Maintenance & Warranty
Unauthorized modifications, disassembly, or unsafe tuning (including removal of safety devices, excessive velocity, or non-approved parts) may be dangerous, may be illegal at fields, and can void warranties. I accept responsibility for all maintenance, safe storage, transport, and lawful use.
🔐 Fraud, Chargebacks & Age Misrepresentation
All transactions are logged and monitored. Fraudulent payments, chargeback abuse, identity or age misrepresentation may result in order cancellation and reporting to law enforcement or payment processors.
🚚 Shipping Hazards & Restricted Items
Certain items (e.g., CO₂ cartridges, green gas, pressurized tanks, or other hazardous/oversize goods) may ship via ground only or be restricted from certain locations. I understand shipping carriers and regulations may limit delivery options and timelines for these products.
