RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1) General Return Policy

  • New, unused products in original packaging may be returned for refund or exchange within 20 days of delivery.
  • Returns received after 20 days but within 30 days require management approval and may incur a 20% restocking fee.
  • All returns require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Customer Service before shipping.
  • Items must be returned in like-new condition with all original accessories, manuals, and tags.
  • Products missing packaging, damaged, or showing use may be subject to a 15%+ restocking fee or rejection.

2) Defective Products

  • Defective items reported within 15 days of delivery are eligible for repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
  • Contact Customer Service immediately to report defects and obtain an RMA number.
  • We provide a prepaid return label for defective products purchased directly from Gray Dragon Airsoft.
  • Warranty excludes misuse, improper handling, or use of incorrect ammo.
  • Airsoft guns priced under $5 are not covered by warranty.
  • Defective guns over $5 may require return for inspection prior to refund or replacement.

3) Non-Gray Dragon Airsoft Products

  • We are not responsible for warranty/service on items purchased from other retailers.
  • Direct warranty/service claims to the original manufacturer or seller.

4) Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Prepaid labels only for defective returns purchased directly from us.

5) Final Sale / Non-Returnable

  • Items marked final sale (incl. ammunition and clearance) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • No cash refunds; refunds are credited to the original payment method only.

6) How to Start a Return

  • Submit the RMA Request Form to request your RMA number.
  • After approval, you’ll receive an RMA and detailed instructions.
  • Complete the Return Request Form to officially initiate your return.
  • Always use a traceable shipping method. Returns without a valid RMA will be refused and sent back at your expense.

7) Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued after inspection and approval of returned items.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 30 days.
  • Processing times may vary due to banking and transit delays.

8) International Returns

  • International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and shipping fees.
  • Returns must be initiated within 20 days of delivery and include valid proof of purchase.
  • Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Products must be returned in original, undamaged condition.

9) Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Shipments

  • Inspect deliveries immediately upon receipt and report damage to the carrier within 48 hours.
  • Retain original packaging for claims; notify Gray Dragon Airsoft if a claim is denied.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
  • Ensure accurate and secure shipping addresses.

10) Policy Updates

Gray Dragon Airsoft may update this policy at any time. Updates take effect upon posting. Please review regularly.
