Gray Dragon Airsoft Return and Refund Policy
Effective Date: July 8, 2025
1. General Return Policy
- New, unused products in original packaging may be returned for refund or exchange within 20 days of delivery.
- Returns received after 20 days but within 30 days require management approval and may incur a 20% restocking fee.
- All returns require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Gray Dragon Airsoft Customer Service before shipping.
- Items must be returned in like-new condition with all original accessories, manuals, and tags intact.
- Products missing packaging, damaged, or showing signs of use may be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee or be rejected.
2. Defective Products
- Defective items reported within 15 days of delivery are eligible for repair, replacement, or full refund at our discretion.
- Contact Customer Service immediately to report defects and obtain an RMA number.
- Gray Dragon Airsoft will provide a prepaid return shipping label for defective products purchased directly from us.
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or use of incorrect ammunition (BBs, paintballs, etc.).
- Airsoft guns priced under $5 are not covered by warranty.
- Defective guns over $5 may require return for inspection prior to refund or replacement.
3. Non-Gray Dragon Airsoft Products
- We are not responsible for warranty or service on products purchased from other retailers.
- Warranty and service claims for such products must be directed to the original manufacturer or seller.
4. Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Prepaid return labels are provided only for defective product returns purchased directly from Gray Dragon Airsoft.
5. Final Sale and Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked final sale, including ammunition and clearance items, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Gray Dragon Airsoft does not issue cash refunds; refunds are credited via original payment method only.
6. Return Process
- Submit the RMA Request Form to request your Return Merchandise Authorization number.
- After approval, you will receive an RMA number along with detailed return instructions.
- Complete the Return Request Form to officially initiate your return.
- Always use a traceable shipping method to send your return. Returns shipped without a valid RMA number will be refused and sent back at your expense.
7. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be issued after inspection and approval of returned items.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 30 days.
- Processing times may vary due to banking and transit delays.
8. International Returns
- International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and shipping fees.
- Returns must be initiated within 20 days of delivery and include valid proof of purchase.
- Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Products must be returned in original, undamaged condition.
9. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Shipments
- Inspect deliveries immediately upon receipt.
- Report shipping damage to the carrier within 48 hours and retain packaging for claims.
- Notify Gray Dragon Airsoft for assistance if carrier claims are denied.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
- Ensure accurate and secure shipping addresses.
10. Policy Updates
Gray Dragon Airsoft reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and take immediate effect. Please review regularly to stay informed.
