Gray Dragon Airsoft Return Policy:

  1. General Return Policy:
    • New, unused items with all original packaging intact are eligible for return for a refund within 20 days of the purchase date.
    • Returns for refunds after 30 days must be approved by management and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
    • All returns must be accompanied by a Gray Dragon Airsoft Return Authorization Number provided by a Customer Service representative.
  1. Defective Products:
    • If a product is found to be defective within 15 days of purchase, Gray Dragon Airsoft will repair, replace, or refund the item at no charge.
    • Gray Dragon Airsoft will provide a return shipping label for defective products purchased through GrayDragonAirsoft.com.
  1. Non-Gray Dragon Airsoft Products:
    • Gray Dragon Airsoft does not provide additional warranty or service for products not sold by Gray Dragon Airsoft.
    • Warranty and service claims for non-Gray Dragon Airsoft products must be directed to the respective manufacturers.
  1. Shipping Costs:
    • The customer is responsible for shipping costs on returns for refunds or exchanges, except in cases of defective products.
  1. Final Sale Items:
    • All sales at GrayDragonAirsoft.com are considered final, and Gray Dragon Airsoft does not issue cash refunds.

    • Returns must be in unopened or like-new condition with all original parts, accessories, tags, labels and instruction manuals.
    • Returns that are missing factory packaging, not in new condition, or show signs of abuse may be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.
  1. Refund Processing:
    • Approved returned items in unopened or like-new condition are eligible for a refund for the cost of the products if returned within the 20 -day period.
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
    • Refunds are typically processed within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for Gray Dragon Airsoft to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes to process your return (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days).
  1. International Returns:
    • For international shipments, the customer is responsible for duties and taxes.
    • Returns must be initiated within 20 days of delivery and accompanied by valid proof of purchase.
    • Products must be in their original, undamaged condition.
    • Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  1. Non-Returnable Items:
    • Products marked as final sale, Ammo, or non-returnable on the site are not eligible for returns.
  1. Damaged Products:
    • We take great care in packaging orders to prevent damage during shipping. If products arrive damaged, please contact the shipping company (UPS, FedEx, USPS) immediately to file a claim. Retain the shipping box as it may be needed for the claim.
    • If the shipping company cannot process the claim, contact us for assistance. Save all packaging materials and contact us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged product.
  1. Defective Airsoft Guns:
      • We do not warranty airsoft guns sold for less than $5.00. Airsoft guns over $5.00 are guaranteed to work upon opening.
      • We do not offer extended warranties on airsoft products due to potential damage from poor quality BBs, paintballs, or user mishandling.
      • If you receive a defective gun over $5.00, call us or submit a support ticket to obtain an RA#. We may request the gun to be shipped back. If the gun is defective, we will issue a credit or refund via the original payment method. We do not ship replacement guns or refund shipping charges.
