Condor Exo Plate Carrier – Tactical Vest with MOLLE & Armor Support – Black
Condor EXO Plate Carrier – Black
The Condor EXO Plate Carrier in Black is a highly configurable armor-carrier platform designed to accommodate compatible soft armor, front and rear plates, and side ballistic panels. Built around extensive modular webbing and an adjustable fit, the EXO provides substantial equipment-carrying capability for tactical training, MilSim, airsoft, and other appropriate applications.
Comfort is supported by a lightly padded mesh interior that promotes airflow between the carrier and the wearer. Detachable padded shoulder pads provide additional support, while integrated loop guides help manage compatible radio cables or hydration tubing.
The EXO incorporates heavyweight modular webbing across the carrier, providing extensive attachment space for compatible MOLLE/PALS pouches and accessories. An adjustable and detachable cummerbund adds further flexibility and incorporates compartments designed for compatible soft armor.
Condor offers the EXO in S/M and L/XL configurations to accommodate different armor dimensions. The supplied specifications identify compatibility with SPEAR/BALC-cut soft armor and provide specific maximum front and rear plate dimensions for each carrier size.

Why Choose the Condor EXO Plate Carrier?
The EXO is designed for users who need more than a simple load-bearing vest. Its combination of soft armor compatibility, plate compartments, side armor capability, extensive modular webbing, and an adjustable cummerbund creates a highly configurable carrier platform.
For airsoft and MilSim users, the same modular design provides substantial space for magazine pouches, utility pouches, communication equipment, hydration accessories, and other compatible MOLLE/PALS equipment without requiring a fixed pouch arrangement.
MOLLE / PALS Loadout Customization
Heavyweight modular webbing provides extensive attachment space across the carrier. Compatible MOLLE/PALS pouches can be positioned according to the user's preferred loadout instead of being permanently fixed in one configuration.
This allows the EXO to be configured differently for rifle magazines, utility equipment, communications gear, hydration accessories, and other compatible equipment.
Adjustable Cummerbund
The adjustable and detachable cummerbund helps control the fit around the torso and can be removed when a different configuration is preferred.
The cummerbund also incorporates pockets designed to accommodate compatible soft armor, expanding the carrier's armor-carrying capability beyond its front and rear compartments.
Comfort & Airflow
A lightly padded mesh interior creates separation between the carrier and wearer while promoting airflow. Detachable padded shoulder pads provide additional cushioning where the loaded carrier places weight across the shoulders.
The shoulder pads also incorporate loop guides that can assist with routing compatible hydration tubing or radio cables.
Integrated Storage
The EXO includes a front map pocket secured with snap and hook-and-loop closure as well as a rear auxiliary pocket with hook-and-loop closure.
These built-in storage areas complement the external modular webbing and provide additional organization without requiring every storage point to be added separately.
Ideal For
- Airsoft loadouts
- MilSim configurations
- Tactical training applications
- MOLLE/PALS equipment configurations
- Users requiring compatible soft armor and plate carrying capability
- Custom magazine and utility pouch layouts
- Communication and hydration-equipped loadouts
- Black tactical gear configurations
Field Tips
Select the carrier size according to the armor or training plates that will actually be used rather than choosing solely according to clothing size. Verify plate length, width, shape, and thickness before purchase.
Adjust the carrier's height and girth before fully loading the modular webbing. After adding pouches and equipment, check the fit again while standing, crouching, and moving.
When routing hydration tubing or communication cables, use the shoulder guides to help keep loose equipment organized and away from areas where it could interfere with movement.
