KWA AKG-KCR Full Metal Gas Blowback Airsoft Rifle
KWA AKG-KCR Full Metal Gas Blowback Airsoft Rifle – Black
The KWA AKG-KCR Gas Blowback Airsoft Rifle combines the recognizable AK operating platform with modern tactical furniture, accessory mounting capability, adjustable AR-style stock configuration, and KWA's gas blowback system.
Built around an aluminum-alloy receiver with a steel-reinforced bolt carrier, the AKG-KCR delivers realistic blowback operation and field stripping while adding practical upgrades including a flat-top railed dust cover, AK side optic mount, Picatinny accessory rails, Galil-style thumb safety, and M249-style pistol grip.
Overview
Designed for players who want an AK-based gas blowback rifle with a more modern tactical configuration, the KWA AKG-KCR replaces the traditional fixed AK stock with a Mil-Spec-style buffer tube and adjustable LE stock. This gives the rifle a familiar AK-inspired operating system while providing adjustable length of pull and compatibility with compatible retractable stock configurations.
The rifle uses green gas and feeds from a 40-round gas magazine. Selectable semi-automatic and full-automatic firing modes, an adjustable Type 4 hop-up system, and a 439mm inner barrel provide a field-oriented configuration suitable for both mid-range engagements and general outdoor airsoft play.

Field Tips
- Gas blowback performance is temperature-sensitive. Expect changes in velocity and cycling behavior as ambient temperature changes.
- Chronograph the rifle using your field's required BB weight before play.
- Adjust the Type 4 hop-up for the BB weight you actually intend to use.
- Keep gas magazine seals and recommended lubrication points properly maintained according to KWA maintenance instructions.
- Avoid storing gas magazines in excessive heat or direct sunlight.
- Use quality 6mm airsoft BBs to reduce feeding and accuracy problems.
