Overview
Golden Eagle designed the MCR as a hybrid between a modern light-machine-gun platform and the familiar architecture of an M4-style AEG. Its short-barrel configuration and adjustable six-position crane stock reduce overall bulk compared with many traditional support weapons while preserving the high-capacity magazine system and rugged external construction expected from an LMG.
Metal upper and lower receivers are paired with a metal barrel assembly and modular handguard. The rifle provides 20mm Picatinny mounting space along with KeyMod sections for compatible optics, grips and other field accessories.
Internally, the MCR uses a full metal, fully upgradeable Version 2 gearbox with 7mm bearings. The adjustable rotary-style hop-up is accessed by pulling back the functional charging handle, allowing players to tune BB flight for different BB weights and engagement distances.
