International Shipping Policy
Gray Dragon Airsoft proudly offers international shipping on select items to countries that allow import of airsoft, airgun, and paintball-related equipment. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. Our facility is located in Van Nuys, California, USA.
General International Shipping Guidelines
- Processing Time: Orders may take 2–7 business days to process before shipment.
- Shipping Services: We use trusted carriers such as USPS, DHL, UPS, or FedEx based on destination and product type.
- Tracking: All shipments include tracking. Once a package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for delays, duties, or seizures.
- Import Laws: You are responsible for knowing your country’s import laws and any applicable restrictions or permits.
- Insurance: All international orders include optional shipping insurance via Route. If you decline this, Gray Dragon Airsoft is not liable for lost or damaged goods.
- Shipping Charges: All shipping fees are non-refundable.
Important Product Restrictions
The following items may face shipping restrictions in your country or may only ship via ground within the U.S.:
- CO2 cartridges
- Green Gas propellants
- Lithium-based Batteries (LiPo, Li-ION)
- Paintball Air Tanks
We recommend placing separate orders for these items when shipping internationally or verifying legality beforehand.
Customer Responsibilities
- All customs fees, taxes, VAT, import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Gray Dragon Airsoft does not mark packages as gifts or undervalue customs declarations.
- Failure to comply with your local import laws may result in confiscation or destruction by customs.
- No refunds are issued for confiscated, rejected, or delayed packages due to legal or permit issues.
