International Shipping Policy

  • Shipping and Processing: We ship overseas to select countries. Orders outside the U.S. may take up to 7 days to process. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a shipment is undeliverable and returned, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. Customers are responsible for researching local restrictions on purchased products. We provide a tracking number, but the buyer assumes responsibility once the shipment leaves our warehouse. We are not responsible for shipments seized by customs.
  • Undeliverable Packages: If an address is incomplete or invalid, we may attempt to contact you. Orders refused or undeliverable will be charged shipping both ways and any additional fees, deducted from any refunds.
  • Shipping Damage: Report shipping damage within 5 business days of delivery. Keep all original packaging. Provide a detailed description and photographs of the damage. We will file a claim with the shipping company and process refunds or replacements as soon as possible.
  • Lost Packages: Notify us immediately if you believe your package is lost. If tracking shows delivery, notify us within 5 business days. We will send a replacement if the shipping company confirms the package is lost. We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery.
  • Stolen Packages: If you believe your package has been stolen, notify local law enforcement immediately. We can assist in opening an investigation and filing a U.S. Postal Inspection Service Mail Theft Complaint. Provide the Police Report Number if you file a report. We are not responsible for packages stolen if tracking shows delivery. Consider using secure pickup locations for deliveries.
  • Missing Items: Report missing items within 48 hours of receipt. If missing items are due to packaging damage, follow the steps in the “Shipping Damage” section.
  • International Shipping Restrictions & Policies: We do not ship directly to international addresses. Use a forwarder like MyUS.com for international shipments. We are not responsible for the services provided by third-party forwarders.
  • General Policies: Must be 18 years or older to purchase. By completing checkout, you agree to all policies. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
