Behind the scenes, however, our team has faced growing challenges due to weight-based shipping fees. These unpredictable costs have quietly strained our ability to serve you and to grow toward our dream of opening a physical storefront right here in Van Nuys, California.

🛠️ What’s Changing?

Effective August 7, 2025, Gray Dragon Airsoft will be transitioning from weight-based shipping to a simplified flat-rate shipping model. This change helps us keep our pricing transparent and protect the long-term future of our business.

  • ✅ Flat-rate shipping will now apply to all U.S. and international orders.
  • 📦 Certain items — such as CO2 cartridges, green gas, rechargeable batteries, and paintball air tanks — must ship via specific ground services due to federal regulations.
  • 💸 Customers may be contacted individually if their order requires shipping fee adjustments under this new model.

We know change can be frustrating. And we deeply apologize to anyone who has experienced delays or unexpected issues with past shipments — especially with items we were unable to ship on time. Your patience and loyalty have meant everything to us.

📅 When Does It Take Effect?

This policy update takes effect starting August 9, 2025.

All current and future orders will follow this new policy so that we can prevent financial losses that have made it difficult for us to continue operating under the previous model.

⚖️ What Are My Options as a Customer?

  • Option A: Cancel your order and receive a full refund.
  • Option C: Pause your shipment and wait for an updated quote to accept or decline.

We will never charge a new shipping fee without your approval.
